Fusion Absence Management: Enhancement Request - Time Based Flexible Shift Is Not Working As Expected in Absence Management

Goal

Time Based Flexible shift is not working as expected.

Employee has to work certain number of hours in a given time start and end time. Based on the given shifts times there are certain rules to process the overtime and late entry deductions.
While defining the shift we gave : Start Time 6:00 AM, Duration 12 hours

Shift Start Time : 6:00 AM to 2 hours duration
Core Working Hours : 8:00 AM to 8 hours duration
Shift End Time : 4:00 PM to 2 hours duration
Core work : N by default system is giving N.

As per the employee work schedule system is showing 12 hours as working hours.(when absence is applied for full day system is giving duration as 12 hours as this is wrong).
