Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.13.18.02.0 version, Running autoinvoice is ending with error, but the log is not displaying any error. Also the Tax Partner Extract process is not spawned.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to be have autoinvoice to run successfully


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Tools > Scheduling Processes
3. Run autoinvoice process
4. Review the process and appears ending with errors
