No errors when a wrong credeit card is used (Doc ID 2412961.1)

1. When attempting to complete order, I get redirected back to checkout page, with no errors or any messages indicating why the order didn't complete
2. Called customer service number out of frustration.
3. Finally I decided to use PayPal checkout, and using that at least I got feedback that the credit card failed somehow
4. I ended up using a different credit card and that went through


 In the logs you can see something like, "Relationship r6126621 in order o3957567 referenced a non-existent item in its paymentGroup property. The relationship has been removed"
