Tasks With Type "Email" Doesn't Appear On Outlook (Doc ID 2413038.1)

When the customer creates a task with type:E-mail via the application,it doesn't appear on Outlook(section:"Tasks") either the task is at final Status or not.

The only way to appear the mentioned task on Outlook is to create it and link it with Contact/Account etc.
Thus, despite the fact that it will not appear on section:"Tasks", it will appear on the appropriate "Activity" section below the linked entity.
