Errors when obtaining unprocessed imported invoices to edit via Recent Infotile (ADF_FACES-60096 and 503 Server Error) (Doc ID 2413057.1)

Symptoms

Whenever users upload and import incomplete invoices and then access those invoices by clicking on the orange "Incomplete" area in the Recent Infotile, they receive the following error after editing the invoice and clicking "Save and Close":

ERROR
-----------------------
1. ADF_FACES-60096: Server Exception during PPR
2. A connection to the server has failed (status=503)
