Unable to Change More Than One Workflow Status After Sorting List In Configuration (Doc ID 2413070.1)

Symptoms

After sorting any Business Process (BP) Workflows under the Configuration node, if that list is sorted, only one change can be made to the status: either Active or Inactive.
After the first update, the Status column becomes Read-Only. 

If the list is not sorted, it works as expected.
