Symptoms

Back up failed with the following error:

<timestamp> UTC Activity Submitted
<timestamp> UTC Activity Started
<timestamp> UTC SM-BKP-5207: Failure code: ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED.
<timestamp> UTC SM-BKP-5102: The backup operation could not be submitted for execution.
<timestamp> UTC SM-BKP-5106: Operation failed and will be retried.
<timestamp> UTC SM-BKP-5102: The backup operation could not be submitted for execution.
<timestamp> UTC SM-BKP-5207: Failure code: ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED.
<timestamp> UTC SM-BKP-5106: Operation failed and will be retried.
<timestamp> UTC SM-BKP-5207: Failure code: ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED.
<timestamp> UTC SM-BKP-5102: The backup operation could not be submitted for execution.
