Unable To Add Partner Company To Two Unifier Environments At the Same Time, E.g., Production and Stage

For any Oracle Cloud Hosted environment where companies are managed through Cloud Administration:

When Partner Company is added to one Unifier environment, it are being removed from the other Unifier environment, E.g., Production and Stage.

The expectation is that the partner company can be added to both environments at the same time.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Select Partner Company
  2. Triple-click the "Assign To (Applications)"
  3. Select one of the environments (stage or prod)
  4. Save
  5. The environment is added successfully but the other environment is removed

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, a partner company cannot be added to both environments at the same time.
