On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After the upgrade to release 13, the customer is not able to update Opportunity page layout Additional Information. Not all the fields are available for update.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to update Opportunity page layout.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced by following the steps:
1. Navigator
2. Opportunity
3. Update Additional Information - cannot be done

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update Opportunity Page Layout
