Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

When attempting to view a dashboard analysis using a Distributed Order Orchestration Subject Area, one user can see it fine, while for the other -
the following error occurs.

For example - Distributed Order Orchestration - Fulfillment Lines Real Time

The specified criteria didn't result in any data. This is often caused by applying filters and/or selection steps that are too restrictive or that contain incorrect values. Please check your analysis filters and selection steps, and try again. The filters or selection steps currently being applied are shown below.

Filters
Value of Past Due Fulfillment Lines is greater than 0
and Fulfillment Line Status Name is not equal to / is not in Awaiting Billing, Awaiting Fulfillment, Billed, Cancellation Pending, Cancellation Requested, Cancelled, Closed, Picked, Shipped
and Orchestration Order is equal to SELECT "Distributed Order Orchestration - Fulfillment Lines Real Time"."Fulfillment Lines - General Details"."Order Number" FROM "Distributed Order Orchestration - Fulfillment Lines Real Time" where "Distributed Order Orchestration - Fulfillment Lines Real Time"."Fulfillment Lines - Scheduling Details"."Schedule Ship Date" > "Distributed Order Orchestration - Fulfillment Lines Real Time"."Fulfillment Lines - Scheduling Details"."Promise Ship Date"
