An Address In Legislation Different From Legal Entity Is Defaulting To Existing Address

Goal
The scenario is a Pending Worker record for UK has an address outside of UK legislation (ex. Italy). When trying to convert them, the foreign address defaults to ‘Existing Address’ and prompts me to enter a UK address. The address on the Pending Worker should be the address used when converting to an employee. We should not have to enter the address again.
