Default Customer Response Email Template Content Is Merged On The Top Of User Entry (Doc ID 2414053.1)

The customer is planning on using SVC_SR_RESPONSE_TEMPLATE_NAME profile to merge the email template content at the bottom of user's manual entry.  They will be keeping their company logo in this template to populate at the end of email message (keeping logo is part of our company's branding rules). But this email template content is merging on top of user's entry and also it is not visible to users until they click on preview, and there is no way for users to push it down to the bottom of the message as preview is read only.
