Oracle Fusion HCM--Attempt to terminate worker via HDL Worker.dat encounters error 'The values xxxx are not valid for the attribute PositionId' (Doc ID 2414129.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to terminate employee via Worker.dat, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The values xxxxx are not valid for the attribute PositionId.

Did determine that PositionCode within Worker.dat is valid and mapped to PositionId value within Fusion's Assignment Table via queries and outputs below

select POSITION_ID
from fusion.PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M
where PERSON_ID = (
select PERSON_ID
from fusion.PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F
where PERSON_NUMBER = '123456'

POSITION_ID
300000012345678

select POSITION_CODE
from fusion.HR_ALL_POSITIONS_F
where POSITION_ID = 300000012345678;

POSITION_CODE
1023456

but still encounters this error message
