South African tax legislation requires that an 'Account Holder Relationship' is defined on all employee personal payment methods, if paid into a bank account.
Customer is using the ACCOUNT_NAME_ALT field to store this information.
Possible values are 'Own', 'Third Party' or 'Joint'
As currently Fusion does not support the definition of a value set against this field, it is not possible to enforce that only valid values are input.
