Cannot Access Account Profile Page

When attempting to access account profile page the following error occurs.
ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #20
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Simplified UI>Accounts
2. Click on Account
3. Click on Profile Tab
