ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User unable to search accounts for which user is a member of the territory, only if the user is the owner.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A user should have visibility to accounts in user's territory.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales . Accounts
3. Search for accounts
4. Unable to see accounts in territory for which user is a member

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search for accounts.
