The Related name link on a Relationship is not working

When clicking on the Related Name link the related party should be opened.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to the application
2. Navigate to Customer Data Management > Parties
3. Search and edit an organization
4. Switch to Relationships tab
5. For a relationship, click on the Related Name; nothing happens.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Related Name link to open the related party.
