Fusion HCM: Role Autoprovisioning When AoR is Assigned (Doc ID 2414632.1)

Goal

Auto provisioning is enabled for the custom role based on Area of Responsibility through autoprovisioning mapping. However, the role doesn't get assigned automatically when the Area of Responsibility is assigned for the user through Person Management. The same role is assigned to the user when Add Autoprovisioned Roles button is clicked on Edit User Account screen.

The expectation is that the system should auto-provision without having to run the Autoprovision process. 

Is it possible to have the role assigned to a user as soon as an AoR is created?
