Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Manage Expenses-Manage Credit Card Data
Upload and Validate Corporate Card transaction file using https server.
When running the Upload and Validate Corporate Card Transactions process for visa transactions, the following error is seen:
ERROR

Cause: The card issuer's server address is invalid or a proxy server is required to connect to the issuer's server. Action: Enter a valid server address for the card issuer for this corporate card program. Verify that the proxy server setup is correct and run the process again.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run upload and validate corporate card transactions process
2. Process errors out.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload corporate card transactions to fusion.
