Time and Labor: Default Profile Not Does Work Automatically (Doc ID 2414975.1)

Goal

Default profile should be working automatically.
For planned work schedule the required functionality is that the default scheduler profile to be assigned for all Line Managers . To allow the default profile to work, a custom profile has to be created and assigned to a line manager. Once this has been completed the custom profile can be deleted and the default profile will then work. This is not the desire approach.
