Mobile Sales Cloud - Password Not Saved

Goal

when using the app Oracle Sales Mobile (not CX Cloud) we noticed that the system is not saving the password for the log-in. Every time the user closes the app, the system does not save the password for the next login.

POD is ehix.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com (production environment)

Profile option ZMS_SAVE_LOGIN_PASSWORD HAS ALREADY BEEN SET TO Y.
Any advice on that?
