ICS Agent Is Not Started

On : version, ICS Agent

When attempting to start agent ,
the following error occurs.

Agent Group Existance Check Failed, Recheck ICS Username, ICS Password and Proxy Username, Proxy Password or Contact Customer Support

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
$ ./startAgent.sh -u=<UserName>  -p=<Password>


 The certificates in ICS were changed.
