On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Other Issues
When attempting to upload the spreadsheet to create bank statement,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

'The statement start date is reported null.'
'The statement end date is reported null.'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Data is populated in Statement Headers tab
2. Data is populated in Statement lines tab
3. Click on Generate CSV File under Instructions and CSV Generation tab
4. generate the zip file
5. Go to Application* Schedule New Process * Load Interface File for Import* Import
Process* Import Bank Statements from a Spreadsheet*Data File*
6. Submit
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot create bank statements through spreadsheet.
