Searching For Account Address1 Gives Unwanted Results (Doc ID 2415545.1)

Symptoms

When the user goes on Account page and use advance search using:
- All records I can see as Record Set.
- Address 1 > Starts with > 'DKFZ'
The results show an account record that has the address starting with 'DEUTSCH' for Account name starting with 'Klinik'

But This record should not be returned by the search.
