Twitter Content Not Populating in Engage (Doc ID 2415631.1)

On : NA version, Engage


User is not receiving Twitter messages in Engage dashboard.

New Twitter content should populate for user to respond to.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit Engage
2. Create Column > Twitter > Inbox
3. Newest message is from x hours ago
4. Go to Twitter > Account Page > Mentions
5. More recent posts are available but not showing in Engage

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot take action on most recent Twitter content.
