Trying to add the user in Account team for many account records.

Customer/user YYY wants to see the same records as a user called XXX
Assigned user YYY to the same territories as XXX and ran the Request account assignments schedule. How to  allowing XXX to see the records(accounts,opps and leads) he is supposed to see same as YYY
The user must be assigned to the team to be able view the record. Unfortunately there is many records, way to many to do this manually. Is there away to automatically assign him to the team of the records?
