Symptoms

Users receive the below error when attempting to change a synced user's username in Salesforce(SFDC):

Error: Error: Invalid Data.
Review all error messages below to correct your data.
It is highly recommended that you consult a Oracle CPQ Cloud administrator before changing the value of Username for this linked user. To change the username, you must first deselect the checkbox "Provisioned in Oracle CPQ Cloud".
