How To Configure an On-Premise Agent That Appears and is Usable in Studio (Doc ID 2415724.1)

A configured Data Integrator Platform Cloud (DIPC) agent is not visible in an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Console.  Also, ODI Studio can see the DIPC agent, but is unable to see the on-premise databases.
