Email Notification does not have the Link to Respond to Questionnaire
Expect to have the Link to Respond to Questionnaire for internal Resource to respond
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Supplier Qualification Management
2. Create Questionnaire
3. Add internal Resource
4. Internal Resource receives notification with out a link "Respond to Questionnaire"
