Agent can't enter address as the window dissapears (Doc ID 2416096.1)

 After creating an user it is not possible to add any address because the fields appear and then disappear.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open Agent application
2) Go to "Create Order"
3) Click on "Address Book" 
4) Click on "New Address"
5) The fields are only displayed for a fraction of second
