Symptoms

You've implemented the "Balance The Balance Sheet" rule (per the steps in https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financial-consolidation-cloud/agfcc/configurable_calc_system.html) by disabling some Scenario members.

But upon consolidating, your data shows that the applicable Scenario members are still enabled.
