ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

File Imports Performance Issue

Customer is aiming to start our production loads (100 Mil Records) and running performance tests in TEST.
In the last 2-3 days , customer has been observing a performance drop while importing records in TEST environment. Simplified Account Loads has started taking more than 1 hour to load 50K records which earlier used to take 25 mins.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Import should complete in 25 mins

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Import task and run the import using simplified objects
3. Import takes around 1 hour to complete

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Imports taking long time to complete which is impacting their data load activities
