How To Modify the Home Page XSL When Search Flow Across Product Lines Does Not Work (Doc ID 2416342.1)

When setting up a search flow for a Product Family, there is an option to set it up for "Select Models across Product Lines". With this option, the search flow will return all the results within the Product Family.

However, it does not work as expected after setting it up by following these two KMs:

Creating a Search Flow(Doc ID 1660193.1)

How To Create Search Flows Rules and Selectors(Doc ID 1660671.1)

The result is still within one Product Line, instead of all the Product Lines selected for this search flow.


It is not clear when this started to happen.
