Symptoms
When trying to delete a shared member from a hierarchy you encounter the following exceptions:
1) "Deletion of member xxx" failed (member might be referenced elsewhere in the application)"
2) The SQL operation failed
Show usages tab for the member does not show that it is referenced anywhere in the application.
