OSC Appointments Not Appearing In Gmail After Sync

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The customer set up the profile option for appointment synchronization between OSC & Gmail and scheduled the process set every 5 minutes.
However, when he creates and appointment on OSC and check in the Google calendar, the appointment does not appear.
