Error: "Unable to Load Data.." when Working with Measures with Thresholds (Doc ID 2416476.1)

When attempting to work in Measures or access the Summary Scorecard page, the following error occurs.


Unable to Load Data
An unknown error has occurred.
PRM - 000000000


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Prime Projects.
  2. Create a Measure with a Threshold assigned.
  3. Associate a scorecard with this Measure.
  4. Attempt to load Summary Scorecard page. Error.
  5. Navigate back to Measures page and try to delete Threshold from Measure. Error.
