On Unifier : Version 17.12

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The user interface for the User-Defined Report (UDR) input window is different between different languages.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user interface for the User-Defined Report (UDR) input window should be the same in different languages.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier with English as preference language
  2. Navigate to the applicable UDR work space
  3. Select the report and Open
  4. Notice Query, Notes, and Shell tabs are on the top half window
  5. Login Unifier with French as preference language
  6. Open the same report
  7. Notice Query, Notes, and Shell tabs are not visible

Due to this issue, the user interface is different when using English and French languages.
