Symptoms
Doing an import of dump file in OCI Object Storage to an Autonomous Data Warehouse cloud service is failing with following message:

ORA-39001: invalid argument value
ORA-39000: bad dump file specification
ORA-31640: unable to open dump file "https://objectstorage.eu-frankfurt-1.oraclecloud.com/n/tenant/b/bucket/o/export1.dmp" for read
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:11 Failed to open file https://objectstorage.eu-frankfurt-1.oraclecloud.com/n/tenant/b/bucket/o/export1.dmp
ORA-17500: ODM err:ODM HTTP Unauthorized
