Unable To Publish Custom Subject Area Based on SCM Custom Object (Doc ID 2416849.1)

When attempting to publish a custom subject area with an custom object, the following error occurs.

Messages for this page are listed below.
The custom subject area DohaBankCheckHistory was not published. Contact your help desk. (ZCX-3075148)
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 1, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as1_02, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to App Composer > Custom Subject Areas
2. Create new CSA, select the object
3. Try to publish
4. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see CSA
