BI EFT Consolidation Set Condition Is Always True Even Condition Consolidation Set Is Not Provided (Doc ID 2416863.1)

Goal

In the BI EFT template there is a condition (ELSE IF ((../ Payment_Parameters/CONSOLIDATION_SET_NAME) <> ‘Monthly Run’) is got true even payroll is processed with consolidation set "Monthly Run"
