Symptoms
An APEX_WEB_SERVICE PLSQL API call from DB Schema Service to a JCS-SX web service results in "ORA-29259: end-of-input reached" error from UTL_HTTP.
When a web service, hosted in JCS-SX, is called using the following APEX code:
We get the below error code always:
ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1367
ORA-29259: end-of-input reached
