Symptoms

Using Planning Central / Supply Plan
On an environment running 11.13.18.02.0 MMP 5 or 6:
When attempting to perform supply planning based on
Final Bookings Forecast monthly values between 354 and 368
for Item MyItem in Org MyOrg01 from June through December 2018,
find that

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
the supply plan's Net Forecast measure for the item displays monthly values between 708 and 735
(which is double the monthly demand from the demand schedule)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------
Expect the supply plan's Net Forecast measure for the item to display monthly values
matching the monthly demand from the demand schedule

-- Steps To Reproduce:

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. Run a Demand plan named My Demand Plan at the Forecasting Time Level=Month

2. Inspect the plan's Final Bookings Forecast measure data for Item Name MyItem in Org MyOrg01
to confirm there are values between 354 through 375 (including 368 for December 2018)
for every month from June 2018 through June 2019.

3. Run a Supply plan named My Supply Plan
using the Final Bookings Forecast measure data provided in monthly buckets
from Demand plan My Demand Plan.

4. Inspect a Material Plan for Item Name MyItem in Org MyOrg01 at the month level
from July 2018 through December 2018.

5. Observe that Net Forecast displays monthly values between 708 and 735 for June through December 2018
(which is double the monthly demand from the demand schedule)
