Bulk Plans are not Running in the Domain that is Expected

Symptoms

You have user A who schedules a recurring bulkplan. If A is not logged in, the bulkplan runs fine in the A domain.

But A logs in and changes his user role so that his current domain is A/B.

Now the bulkplan runs in the A/B domain.
