Problem Summary
HCM REST API - Unable to access PII data

Problem Description
User has been assigned with both Integration Specialist and Human Capital Management Integration Specialist roles. Privilege 'Use REST Service - Worker PII' is also assigned to these roles.
But the REST API is showing blank value for the PII data attributes like NationalId etc.

There is no issue with other fields for this User. Also ADMIN user is able to access this PII data
