Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

Expected Result: Some user should be able to Download a file from a Business Process record without incident.

Actual Result: A dialog box pops up that reads: NameOfFile.ext might have been moved or deleted. The dialog box has 'Retry', 'Cancel' and 'View downloads' buttons. However, when a member of the Oracle technical support team triggers the same action the file is able to be downloaded without incident.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to Unifier and navigate to the applicable work space and open the record
  2. Select the file to download
  3. Click on the Download button
  4. Note the dialog box that pops up
