Users are attempting to terminate an Oracle Content and Experience Cloud service (CECS) instance using the steps found in <Note: 2408161.1> "How to Terminate an Oracle Content and Experience Cloud (CEC) Instance", but when when the users attempt step 4, 'Locate the paid subscription service you want to terminate', the users are unable to select the service. No action can be taken and user cannot proceed to the next step.
