Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When scheduling a report, the report does not get emailed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect report to be emailed once the scheduled report has been run.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Prime Projects.
  2. Open a project.
  3. Reports app.
  4. Schedule a time phased scope assignment report.
  5. Report will not be emailed out.
