On Wednesday July 11, 2018, Oracle will be updating its digital signing certificate to a new provider. While most users will not be impacted by this change, some customers who have manually imported the certificate for use in their integrations will need to download the new certificate and import prior to or at the same time as this change.
- This change has no impact on SAML configuration.
- This change may only impact customers who have custom integrations in their local environments and had to import a certificate into their application for establishing connection to the cloud environment.
- This change does not impact standard functionality of the cloud hosted applications. Users connecting to the applications from their web browsers should have no issues.
The update is set to begin on Wednesday, July 11, at 7:00PM PST, and will only take a few minutes to complete. It will, however, take several hours to propagate through the Internet after the change is done.
