Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When you create a recurring appointment I fill out all manadory fields and save it
When you then open "The Series", all mandatory fields are filled.
When you then open "This occurence", the field type and Subtpe are empty.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When you then open "This occurence", the field type and Subtpe should be filled.

STEPS
-----------------------
no longer able to reproduce, but we have an unknown amount of records to be corrected.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use / update the individual appointments.
