On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The infolet / summary box shows the incorrect count for the account or contact.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The infolet / summary box count should reflect the correct number for the related subtab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Account or SUI > Sales > Contact
3. Search and edit an account or contact
4. Click on the summary box count for the related custom object
5. The number of records should be reflected by the count in the summary box

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the count on the infolet / summary box does not reflect the number of records associated to the account or contact.
